Terms and conditions

Last updated 20 September 2026.

What these terms cover

These terms apply when you or your club ("you") use TeamTrackr, including the Team Coach and Goalkeeper Coach apps, provided by TeamTrackr ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

TeamTrackr provides tools for managing rosters, training, matches and player development, including Squadi and Wyscout integrations, for the apps and plan you have subscribed to, and up to the number of teams your plan includes. What each plan includes is shown on our website and in Settings, under Your plan.

Accounts, clubs and plans

Your data

Your club owns the information it puts into TeamTrackr, including rosters, match, training and development records. We look after it on your behalf and use it only to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of what your coaches enter, and for holding any consent needed to record information about players, including players under 18.

After a subscription ends we keep the data for 90 days so you can export it or resume, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep something longer. You can ask for an export or for earlier deletion at any time. Our privacy policy is part of these terms.

Acceptable use

A login is for the person it was made for. Do not share it, resell access, try to reach another club's data, or interfere with how the service runs. Coaches must use player information only for coaching and running the club.

Fees and renewal

Paid plans are billed in Australian dollars, once a year in advance, through our payment provider Stripe. A plan renews automatically each year until it is cancelled. You can see your renewal date and cancel, change plan or update your card in Settings, under Subscription and billing, which opens Stripe's customer page. If you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then does not renew. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or remedy you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.

If we change the price of a plan, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we will email you before that happens.

Availability

We work to keep TeamTrackr available and to fix problems promptly, but we do not promise a particular level of uptime. Where we can, we will give notice of planned maintenance. Fixtures and results depend on Squadi, and we are not responsible for that service being unavailable or wrong.

Workload, injury and other indicators

The workload ratio, injury and return-to-play tools, wellness scores and AI insights are statistical and organisational aids built from the information a club records. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a promise that anyone will or will not be injured. A coach's own judgement and appropriately qualified medical or sports-science advice must always come first.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with TeamTrackr is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms

We will email you at least 30 days before any material change to these terms takes effect. If you do not agree to the change you can cancel before it applies.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using TeamTrackr and cancel at any time. We can end or suspend your access if you seriously breach these terms and do not fix it within 14 days of us telling you, or immediately where needed to protect other users or the security of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
