Live demo

Click around a real club with a season already loaded.

Free. No signup. No card. Ironbark City FC is a fictional club we built to show real data - an NPL men's squad, an NPLW squad, an U18 academy side and an U15 junior side, each with a season of results, GPS load, wellness check-ins, injuries, development ratings, session plans and goal-concession maps, across both apps. Everything is read-only, so explore freely - nothing you click can change or delete anything.

Team Coach

Ironbark City: four squads

NPL, NPLW, U18 and U15 sides with a real season played out - GPS load and workload ratios, Team Health, Compare Teams, Development and Goals Conceded all have real numbers behind them.

  • GPS load, workload ratio and wellness for every player
  • A season of matches, minutes, goals and assists
  • Team Health, development ratings and injuries in rehab
  • Weekly Planner with session plans, Season Calendar and Action Centre
Goalkeeper Coach

Ironbark City Goalkeepers

Keeper units for all four squads, sharing the same club - GK Department, concession maps by zone and how the keeper was beaten, Wyscout shot maps, and development ratings on the goalkeeping rubric.

  • GK Department, across all four squads
  • Concession map: where and how every goal went in
  • Development ratings on the goalkeeper rubric
  • GK training groups, session plans and Wyscout reports

The week

One loop, in the order a coach lives it.

  1. Plan

    Weekly Planner

One session on each of your usual training days. Attach the session file, give it a theme, and find it again later in the Session Finder.

  2. Prepare

    Minutes Plan

Set who starts and how many minutes each player is aiming for across the season.

  3. Play

    Live Match

Subs, goals, cards and injuries as they happen. Minutes are worked out for you.

  4. Review

    Match Review

Rate the game. Your lowest score suggests a training focus, and one click sends it to next week's plan.

  5. Develop

    Development

Ratings and action plans show who is improving, and feed straight back into the next plan.

The apps

Outfield squads and goalkeepers each get a tool built for them.

In the detail

The parts that save a coach the most time.

Fixtures from Squadi

Connect a competition once. Fixtures and results refresh about every four hours, or press sync. Squadi covers Queensland and Western Australia. Anywhere else you add matches by hand and everything else works the same.

Who can play, before match day

Players, and parents for their own child, tap Available, Maybe or Unavailable for each upcoming match. You see who has replied and who has not, answer for anyone who told you another way, and the Action Centre reminds you when a match is close and the squad has gone quiet.

Still opens when the signal drops

Pages you have already opened stay on your phone, so you can look up a roster or fixture at a ground with no reception. Saving a change needs a connection, and the app tells you when you are offline.

Seasons stay separate

Rosters, matches, planners and reports are kept per season. A new season starts empty, so last year's numbers never leak into this one, and one button copies last year's roster forward.

Workload, as a guide

GPS imports feed a 7 day against 28 day load ratio, next to daily wellness check-ins from your players. It is there to start a conversation. It is not a diagnosis.

Return to play, in order

A six stage checklist that will not let a stage be cleared out of sequence, with a concussion flag on the injury.

Wyscout reports

Upload a goalkeeper report and the shots, crosses and passing roll into season totals. The original PDF stays one click away.

The right people see the right things

Coaches see only their own teams. Players can have their own login, and on Elite so can parents, both read-only. Each club's data is kept apart from every other club's.

One login across clubs

A coach who moves club keeps the same login and switches between clubs. Their own plan goes with them, and a club plan only covers them at that club.

Your time zone

Every date and time follows your device's time zone, or one you choose in Settings.

Roles and jobs

Give every login a job, and only what that job needs.

A club is more than head coaches. Add your assistants, goalkeeper coach, strength and conditioning staff, physio and analyst, and choose what each one can see or change. There is no limit on logins, because you pay for teams, not people.

Loading jobs.

And logins that are not coaches

  • Club admin runs the club: teams, logins, jobs and the plan.
  • Technical director sees every team in the club, read-only, for oversight without the risk of an edit.
  • Team manager gets a simple match-day login for Live Match: subs, goals and the clock, nothing else.
  • Player sees their own profile, calendar and development, and logs their own workload.
  • Parent sees their own child, read-only (Elite).

Why not what you use now?

One place for the football side and the training side.

Most clubs stitch together a spreadsheet, their competition app and a team-chat app. Athlete-monitoring platforms cover the body well but are not built around a football season. TeamTrackr keeps the season, the match and the player together.

Questions

Before you buy.

Is the live demo my actual data?

No. It signs you into a fictional demo club (Ironbark City FC) that everyone who clicks the demo shares, with a season already loaded and refreshed every day. It is read-only, so nothing you click can change or delete anything, and none of it is private to you.

Do we need Squadi?

No. Squadi pulls fixtures and results in for Queensland and Western Australian competitions. Without it you add matches by hand in Season Tracker, and everything else works the same.

What does Elite add over Pro?

Parent logins, printable season report PDFs for a team, a squad or each player, a much higher daily limit on TeamTrackr Intelligence, a full export of your club's data, and priority support.

How many teams can I have?

One seat is one team, and it is the same at every level. An individual plan has one seat. A club plan comes with a set number of seats, shown on each plan above, and you choose which teams use them, outfield teams and goalkeeper squads alike. Need more? Add seats any time. Logins are not counted, so you can give as many staff a login as you like.

I already pay for my own plan and my club is joining. What happens?

You keep both. You get the features of whichever plan includes more, and your club can invite you without using one of its seats.

What happens when a new season starts?

The new season starts empty on purpose. Connect that year's fixtures and copy last year's roster forward in one click. Last season stays exactly as it was and you can switch back to it any time.

Who can see our players' information?

Only the people your club gives a login to, and coaches only see the teams they have been given. A player can see their own profile, and on Elite a parent can see their own child, both read-only. Nothing is shared between clubs.

Is the workload ratio medical advice?

No. It is a statistical guide built from the training data you record. Your own judgement and qualified medical advice always come first.

Where is our data kept?

On servers in Sydney, Australia.

How do I cancel?

Open Settings, then Subscription and billing, then Manage subscription. That opens the payment provider's customer page, where you can cancel or change your plan.

Choose a plan. The Action Centre walks you through the rest.

It lists what to set up first, in order, with a short guide for each step. Not ready yet? Try the live demo first, free, no signup.
